A New Chapter in California: Family Portraits at Kenneth Hahn

This sweet session with the P. family took place at the end of summer, as the sun dipped behind the hills at Kenneth Hahn State Recreation Area. They recently moved from Illinois to California, and this portrait session marked the beginning of a new chapter.

The kids brought great energy to the afternoon, filled with dancing, laughter, and a little parkour. It’s always special to witness a family settle into a new place and bring their rhythm to it. I’m so glad I captured this moment in time for them!
